PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Each company may purchase one table only, regardless of the number of awards won. Where a company has received multiple awards, the company is strongly encouraged to coordinate internally with colleagues from other award categories on the table arrangement prior to making a booking. All table purchases are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Kindly confirm the guests who will be seated at your table to avoid any inconvenience at the event. Please note that, for logistical reasons, we are unable to accommodate additional seats beyond the allocated 10 seats per table. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
  3. Requests for additional tables must be indicated at the point of submission of the form and will be placed on a waitlist. Allocation of additional tables, if any, will be communicated after the closing date on 18 August 2026. Priority will be given to award recipients receiving multiple SHARP Awards, with any remaining tables allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after the closing date. 
  4. Table reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment following the issuance of a tax invoice by The M.I.C.E Studio Pte Ltd, the appointed event organiser for the Workplace Safety and Health Awards 2026, handling the billing and collection of the table sales as an agent of Tripartite Alliance Limited.
